The FBR Application to Adopt, Foster or Volunteer

If you submit an adoption application, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 72 hours. If you don't receive confirmation, please contact us at info@flbr.org for assistance.

If you submit an adoption application and receive an error message, please contact us at info@flbr.org for assistance.
You may experience problems with this form if you use older versions of Netscape, Internet Explorer and other browsers.

You must answer ALL questions. Use as much detail as you like. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

*PLEASE NOTE* FBR will not place two female dogs in the same home due to dominance issues often seen in such circumstances. Based on our experiences, FBR feels we can increase successful adoptions by not placing females together in the same home.
