FBR Dogs in Need of Medical Attention

Thanks to your generosity and desire to help Boxers in need, FBR has never had to close its doors to a dog who desperately needs help. We are only able to provide medical through your donations.

Please meet the dogs who are currently in need of medical care. Click on their pictures for their stories and information about them. And, please, consider donating to the medical care of a dog whose story touches your heart.

Meet the Dogs Who Need Your Help

Duke

Duke lost his eye to melanoma. He was in great pain and could not see.


Olivia

Olivia was diagnosed with MRSA, a flesh eating bacteria that requires daily care.


Max Sr.

Max has a mass in his chest. At 11 years old, FBR would like to make his time left dignified and comfortable.

Kansas

Kansas has severe arthritis. FBR will keep Kansas for the rest of her life.

Snowhite

Snowhite has cancerous but curable mast cell tumors.

Bentley (Trinity)

Bentley's patella is stuck outside his knee. When he was injured, his owners never fixed it.

Lulu

Lulu was diagnosed with heart worms and cannot run or play until they are gone.

Mambo

Mambo was diagnosed with heart worms and cannot run or play until they are gone.

Olivia

Olivia was diagnosed with MRSA, a flesh eating bacteria that requires daily care.

Hybiscus

Hybiscus was left for dead and lived for months as a disease ate her alive.

Ginny

Sweet Ginny has come to FBR was substantial injuries to her mouth. Most likely Ginny was used as a bait dog - an animal forcefully rendered helpless to train other dogs to fight.

Ginny is missing a large portion of her lip, and her teeth and gums have been pulled away from the bone.

Redick

Redick's hip was crushed when he was hit by a car. The damage is so extensive his leg may need to be amputated.

Marvin

Marvin has a respiratory infection and heartworms. He needs lots of R&R and care!

Rockie has heartworms and will need medical attention and rest to cure them.
